Welcome Parents & Caregivers

Children express their emotions in a variety of ways, and these become particularly evident during times of transition. To support your family during the summer break and the transition to next school year, we have created these Transition Resource Packages to promote positive Mental Health and Well-Being through fun-filled and interactive activities, videos and storybooks. Any time that families can spend together is so valuable and important, therefore, these Transition Resource Packages are designed to support and enhance the great work that YOUR family is already doing!

Summer 2020 Transition Resource Packages

The packages are organized by Grade and Division; however, many of the tips and resources are designed to support children at varying levels of development. We encourage you to utilize this “menu of options” as you feel would best meet the needs of your family.

Should you feel that your family could benefit from further support, Community Resources are available at the bottom of this page.

We hope you enjoy sharing these resources as a family!
